Gift Shop Cashier (Full Time) Job at Rosen Hotels & Resorts
Provide outstanding guest service with fast, friendly, and efficient service based on Rosen Standards. Efficiently collect payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Identify prices of goods and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
Minimum Requirements
This job requires extensive standing, walking, bending, answering phone, lifting up to 40 lbs., stocking the coolers, and sweeping, mopping, cleaning, food handling for the entire shift. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred or must have at least six months of relevant experience. Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and the general public.
