We are a family-owned import automotive group searching for a General Sales Manager.

Our General Sales Manager will be active and engaged with our sales staff and customers daily. This is not an executive charts and graphs office job. Assisting our sales managers and sales staff with customer activities, monitoring process performance, hiring, developing, performing training and coaching plans, and interacting with customers will be your primary responsibilities.
This position is not for everyone. If you are an experienced GSM or Sales Manager that understands the importance of developing your staff, the need to take care of every customer, appreciates that the path to the result is as important as the result itself, and demands consistency and continual improvement, we will be a great fit and need to have a conversation. The long-term career path for this position and the right individual, would be General Manager.
