Dunn Hospitality Group, an Indiana-based Hotel Ownership/Management company, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join our team. The 211 room, dual-branded Hyatt Place|Hyatt House located in the dynamic Fishers District, has much to offer its guests with a wide variety of local and regional restaurant favorites plus a mix of other retail and service-oriented options.
As a leader, the General Manager will inspire, educate, build relationships and motivate the teams and individuals to have a collaborative and healthy working environment.
Daily occurrences include:
· Lead and direct multiple departments.
· Work with the supervisors to ensure that policies are adhered to and goals are met.
· Review business reports for accuracy and approval.
· Review Accounts Payable for accuracy and compliance with budget allowance.
· Review and process payroll and assist in HR responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have:
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Experienced in Microsoft Office programs and a fast learner in other business programs.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication.
· Able to quickly analyze a problem and arrive at a solution.
