We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations of Pins Mechanical Co./16Bit Bar+Arcade! The GM will work closely with their management team to direct daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and the achievement of targets/goals. The right person for this role will inspire and train their team to provide exceptional guest experiences and will hold them accountable to the highest standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES: GENERAL

• Manage the creation of weekly schedules; direct involvement with scheduling, HRIS and POS system management.
• Oversee daily operations; plan shifts, maintain appropriate staffing levels and proactively address/solve issues to ensure excellent guest experience.
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff, vendors and distributors.
• Direct the inventory/ordering process to ensure appropriate levels of product.
• Monitor, correct and report health and/or safety issues to ensure a safe environment for members, guests and staff.
• Foster positive relationships with guests; handle complaints, requests and inquiries, as needed and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Rise Brands; ensure values are upheld to both external and internal audiences.
• Control profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate actions.
• Oversee the re-creation of drinks/cocktail menus that are new, inspiring, and on brand.
• Oversee Facility Management, including game and equipment maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES: MANAGING STAFF

• Facilitate Human Resources responsibilities including hiring, training, termination, coaching, reviews, scheduling, etc.
• Promote a positive, productive, and healthy work environment for all.
• Lead and provide focused management/support to all staff daily; communicate targets, goals and hold staff accountable to the highest levels of performance.
• Manage new hire and on-going training to ensure the team has strong position skill abilities, product knowledge and provides professional guest service.
• Hold teams accountable to established policies, standards and procedures; develop and implement new procedures, as needed.
• Ensure staff adheres to dress and appearance standards and follow guidelines of health and hygiene practices.
• Support teams at peak times and undertake any operational duty which might be reasonably required.
