Job Description

We are looking for a General Affairs position responsible for ensuring all assigned general affairs related documents and related filings are processed accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with all applicable regulatory and company requirements.

Responsibilities

  • As a General Affairs for the Warehouse operation, carry out various day-to-day GA and operational needs of the Warehouse office and work closely with account lead
  • Assist with maintaining lease agreements (office, cars, equipment) and their renewals
  • Build positive rapport and relationships with various vendors
  • Communication liaison between property manager, facilities, security, and staff
  • Assist with office space arrangement and renovation
  • Manage purchase orders and process invoices for various vendors in a timely manner by working closely with the finance team
  • Manage badge and access control for new hires and existing employees
  • Manage, oversee, and process various requests including office supplies, timeclock management, reporting etc.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Receive and distribute various mail parcels
  • Routinely take care of facility management
  • Develop and implement emergency action plan training
  • Assist in the implementation, auditing and maintenance of company safety polices
  • Basic knowledge of general OSHA standards (State and Federal)
  • Work closely with the IT department in resolving various issues maintaining Fixed Asset inventory management system and IT asset transfer system.
  • Plan and coordinate location events and meetings throughout the year.
  • Contribute to overall human resource team by accomplishing related tasks as needed, such as company events and volunteer events.
  • Performs other job-related duties as required.
  • Timely completion of functional request.
  • Work well as a team member with other employees, consultants, and contractors.
  • Flexible to work overtime when needed.
  • Business travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or relevant experience preferred.
  • Analytical, and excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products and other applications.
  • May be required to work additional hours outside of regularly scheduled business hours. or weekend or holidays to meet its business needs.
  • Ability to work in a team environment while delivering independent results.
  • Able to work in multicultural environment.
