About Community Watch Solutions: Community Watch Solutions LLC provides professional security officers and patrol services for high-end gated communities and golf course communities.
Qualifications: Experience managing a busy guard gate is required. Officers must be assertive and able to respectfully enforce the HOA rules. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are also required. Officers are required to perform all duties in a professional and lawful manner.
Gate Officer:
Security Officers are responsible for verifying identification and validating authorization of any person requesting access to the property. Duties also include monitoring premises to prevent theft, violence, or infraction of rules.
Patrol Officer:
Patrol Officers are responsible for monitoring the premises to prevent theft, violence, enforce homeowner’s association and county noise ordinance rules. Officers are required to complete detail reports. Patrol and report writing experience is preferred.
