Full Time Physical Therapist Job at Hanover Hill Health Care Center
Hanover Hill Health Care Center is a family owned and operated 124 bed award winning progressive skilled nursing facility located on a beautiful campus in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Hanover Hill is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Rehab team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct physical therapy, its programs and activities
- Meet and collaborate with administration, medical and nursing staff, as well as other related departments in planning therapy services
- Assist in developing, implementing and coordinating physical therapy programs and standards and patient care plans
- Interpret physical therapy policies and procedures to patients, personnel, family members, etc. as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess as minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Must possess a valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of New Hampshire
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing, or other related medical care facility preferred.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
