POSITION OVERVIEW: Office Pride is seeking dependable, hard-working, honest cleaners for a janitorial position in Austin, Texas. You will be cleaning office areas, break rooms and restrooms, with a heavy focus on restocking and inventory. People are on site at all times, customer service experience is a plus.

HOURS: There are two part time shifts or one full-time shift

• Mondays to Fridays
• Shift 1: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Shift 2: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

In addition to routine janitorial cleaning experience and skills (weeping, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, etc.), Office Pride seeks crew members who:

• Communicates while on shift through text and on our app
• Works well with customers
• Has experience managing inventory and restocking

• Is willing to be trained on site

• Is detail oriented and willing to go above and beyond for the customer

• Understand Tell/Show/Do/Review training

• Maintains reliable transportation to their job

• Demonstrates technology savvy and able to use our our smart phone app technology for clocking in and out

• Washes their own rags for their site (gets paid an additional hour every week)

• Fills out on our app their supply needs for fulfillment

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds
