Well-Paid Maids is looking for detail-oriented, hard-working individuals with a customer service spirit to join DC’s highest-paying home cleaning company. We can work with your schedule if you are only available certain days, and we never work night shifts.

We pay $22 an hour to start, and you will be a true employee with us, not an independent contractor like at our competitors. That means we pay for your supplies, and our fair share of taxes instead of leaving you to pay the bill. Oh yeah, and we pay you to drive to and from work.

You will clean 1-2 homes per day, independently and by yourself. It's hard work, but nobody is micromanaging you. You'll need to do a great job, because our customers expect a lot. It's worth the effort though, because you'll receive:

Job responsibilities include:

• Cleaning houses and apartments, including living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms and corridors
• Maintain your own reliable transportation to and from all jobs. Well-Paid Maids will reimburse you for the use of your own car and insurance
• Performing additional tasks, including doing laundry, cleaning microwaves, washing dishes, scrubbing baseboards, and whatever it takes to deliver a clean home
• Arriving at customers' homes on time
• Interpreting customer requests with good judgment
• Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Adjusting technique according to customer and management feedback
• Communicating proactively with customers and management
• Using Google Calendar
• Being creative when difficulties arise
• Being comfortable around pets
• Must live within a reasonable daily commuting distance from Washington, DC
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle are required
