We are seeking a proactive and reliable Fulfillment Manager to help us achieve our mission of reaching under-served students with high-impact test preparation. The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for all order processing, inventory management, and delivery of our products and services. The Fulfillment Manager will oversee the tasks that keep the department running smoothly and ensure customers get what they purchased, quickly and accurately. This individual must be committed to efficiency, growth, teamwork, and exceeding customers' expectations each day. Examples of work include:

• Tracking inventory to prevent inventory depletion and deadstock
• Managing a team of direct reports to ensure the day-to-day operations of fulfillment are completed with minimal customer friction
• Developing and improving upon Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the department to streamline fulfillment to customers
• Creating and reporting KPIs to the leadership team to improve order fulfillment and reduce cost
• Communicating with vendors and working with our internal product development team
• Collaborating with other departments to maintain positive and mutually beneficial working relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 2+ years experience in operations, preferably inventory management
• Experience in customer service and a strong desire to create a positive experience for others
• Experience analyzing large data sets; CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus
• Leadership experience and the ability to successfully manage a team
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
• A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Technology fluency and willingness to learn new platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Willingness to travel on occasion for meetings and events
• Deep belief in the potential of all students and a passion for MasteryPrep’s mission
