Wilton Manors Health and Rehabilitation Center, a Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking to hire a Receptionist.
The ideal candidate will have experience accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
Job Functions are as follows:
- Greet persons entering premises in a professional manner
- Provide general support with a variety of clerical activities
- Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls
- Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
- Responsible for mail distribution, flow of correspondence
- Requisition of supplies as well as ad hoc project support
- Serve as a customer service ambassador in all interactions
- Answer multiple phones efficiently with a customer-centric approach
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare and ship packages
- Provide administrative and project management support
- Other duties may be assigned depending on the business needs of the company
Requirements
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate Degree preferred
- Minimum one (1) year customer service, receptionist, administrative and switchboard experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Punctual and reliable
- Customer service oriented
