Automann services its distributors out of (4) US Distribution centers; Monroe Township NJ (HQ), New Lennox IL, Duncanville TX and Ontario CA and (2) distribution centers in Canada: Brampton ON and Edmonton AB.
Summary
As our Front Desk Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our customers, supplier partners, distributors, and guests via phone, email and fax.
· You will also monitor incoming communications via email, mail & fax and distribute
· Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors
· Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
· Answer phone inquiries, screen & direct calls
· Provide basic company information
· Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
· Perform clerical duties, maintain physical & digital files, and organize documents
· Oversee mail sorting / deliveries & packages
· Maintain Reception Lobby
· Basic Data Entry into Excel
· Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
· Professional yet friendly phone etiquette
· Friendly, upbeat demeanor is required for this role
· Prior front desk receptionist or call center experience is required
· Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, co-workers and visitors
· Strong organizational and follow-up skills a must
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Strong verbal communication skills
· Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
· Must be reliable with good attendance
· Bilingual in Spanish preferred
· Microsoft Office / Basic Excel required
