Tong Sui is now hiring for Front Desk positions in Palo Alto, Redwood City & San Mateo location!

Full-time and part-time available. Preferred:

day shift (11:00 am - 4 pm)

night shift (4 pm - 9 pm)

full time (8hrs/day)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g milk preference, ice level, sweetness level, toppings)
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Communicating with customers in person and via phone and text with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and appealing space for customers and employees, in accordance with operations and sanitation and safety rules.
• Communicates and works well with others, acts maturely and professionally.
• Takes initiative to get work done; can work independently and as a team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment that makes for both happy employees and happy customers.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in applied position is a plus
• Great attitude and willingness to learn while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must provide a valid social security number/legal documentation to work in the United States & successfully pass a background screening to be considered for hire
• Ability to speak or read Chinese is a plus but not required
