Position: Front Desk Agent
Front Desk Agent who works at a Hotel Industry
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times
- Welcoming and serving guests in a courteous efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.
- Present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor.
- Booking and managing reservations
- Assisting the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues
- Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents
- Follow set procedures on posting, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
- Communicate all pertinent information to the Front Office Managers and Supervisors
- Standing for long periods of time
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experienced, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrate good computer skills
- Must know how to multitask at a fast/quick pace
- Able to be a Team Player with all departments
- High School Graduate or Equivalent Experienced with Opera System preferred
Hours of Operations: Must be available for BOTH 2 Shifts (3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am) 4-5 days a week. However, schedule varies based on hours and need. Open flexibility for days and times in schedule is required.
Compensation: $11-$13 per hour
Overall: We are seeking someone with a dynamic personality, heart for customer service, and a strong work ethic.
