Freezing Point, is the owner of the Frazil beverage brand and is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US with machines all over then nation. We are a fun, exciting, and high-performance team looking for our newest Front Desk Administrative & Sales Assistant.

Located in Salt Lake City, our corporate headquarters is also home to our warehouse and manufacturing team. Our Administrative & Sales Assistant provides guest support at the front desk while directly supporting our Sales Ops team in managing incoming sales calls and emails.

Staring Pay: $18.00 - $21.00/hr

What You'll Do

At Frazil, every day is different. As the first point of contact for in person visitors you’ll help create an incredible first impression by greeting guests warming, receiving packages and deliveries, and maintaining the Frazil showroom. As a key support to the Sales Operations team you’ll also help to answer questions over the phone and through email for prospective customers.

On any given day you may:

  • Clean, stock, and refill the Frazil showroom and complimentary Frazil machines.
  • Greet visitors and guests and direct them to the appropriate party.
  • Receive incoming calls for the sales team and provide support to prospective customer looking to offer Frazil products.
  • Answer questions for existing customers including redirection to their distributor or chain when needed.
  • Transfer calls to the service or ordering teams as needed.
  • Maintain the sales operations email inbox and forward emails as needed.
  • Maintain office inventory and order office supplies including business cards and printing materials.
  • Clean, stock, and refill the Frazil breakroom stations.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized workplace throughout the building.
  • Receive all incoming deliveries, packages, and mail.
  • Delivering mail to appropriate parties.
  • Partner with the HR team in the successful organization and executive of companywide events including monthly lunches.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

As a full-time team member, you are eligible for our full benefit package include medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance plan, and 401k with employer match. You will also be eligible for up to 12 days off your first year and 17 days off your second year.
