Our company is hiring a Front Desk Agent to assist visitors and monitor all activities in the reception area. You will check-in guests and record information about meetings and events. As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll assist with administrative tasks including answering phones and greeting guests. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to multi-task while prioritizing tasks appropriately. Since you will be using technology to expedite your work, a degree of computer knowledge is required. The goal is to provide the best customer service experience possible to all visitors. Ultimately, you should provide support for clients by answering questions regarding reservation details and general hotel information in order to help make their stay as pleasant as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen inbound calls and redirect them according to caller's needs .
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Answer simple questions about the company and its location.
- Fill out forms, collect data or process transactions to receive payments.
- Make travel arrangements and answer basic customer questions.
- Answer customer emails and deal with comments on social media.
- Follow up on emails, transfers, calls and complaints in case customers do not receive a resolution.
- Maintain security by monitoring logbook, cameras, visitor badges etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
