We’re looking for a Formulations Technician to join our team. This role will be based in Portland and will be responsible for the following:

• Inspects, prepares, measures, and mixes raw materials and ensures product compliance and traceability at all times.
• Ensures batch formulations are completed on schedule and to spec in a fast-paced environment.

• In collaboration with QC, ensures raw material, WIP, and finished product maintains cGMP standards at all times.
• Records and monitors process conditions to ensure compliance to SOP.
• Completes all training requirements as needed.
• Make recommendations regarding improving process operations.
• Maintain work areas and perform job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Batch Production Record (BPR) instructions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain required cleanliness for equipment, work areas and facility.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing industries is preferred.

• Able to show up on time.
• Basic computer skills .
• Ability to receive instruction and follow directions.
• Willingness to learn and improve each operation.
• Ability to interact positively with co-workers and management.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow cGMP and other regulatory requirements.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Attention to detail.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift up to 40Lbs.
