Thunderbird Molding Greensboro is currently hiring a 1st shift Foreman . This applicant must have extensive experience in plastic injection molding and the ability to oversee personnel, trouble shoot and maintain molding equipment. Conducting themselves in a professional manner with employees, management and outside customers.

Duties (include but are not limited to):

· Supervise and oversee the daily activities of machine operators, team leads, process techs and material handlers

· Monitor work progression, conduct audits for workstation accuracy and compliance, taking corrective action when required

· Monitor workload and update and adjust when needed

· Complete daily paperwork and reports in an accurate manner

· Report and investigate all contamination, taking proper action

· Responsible for training employees, planning and assigning work, monitoring job performance, addresses complaints of employees, and resolving problems

Education / Experience:

· 3 years or more of injection molding experience, having an extensive knowledge of injection mold process.

· OR may consider a college degree or technical certification

Knowledge / Abilities:

· Microsoft Programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook

· Ability to read, write and speak English, while communicating effectively through reports and emails

· Math skills including (but not limited to) algebra, percentages, finding area, circumference and volume
