Jennings McCall is hiring Servers/Waitstaff to join our team. We are looking for smiling faces to join our team. The right candidates will have a positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer great benefits and a flexible schedule! This position requires candidates to be vaccinated as you will be working in a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Sufficient physical strength and coordination to carry meal trays, pour hot liquids, and serve residents in a safe manner.
· Desire and appreciation of working with Senior Citizens.
· If serving alcohol must be 21 or older and have valid servers permit.
· To perform all duties in a patient, pleasant, efficient manner.
· To comply with the waitstaff dress code.
· To comply with the Resident’s Rights.
· To generally keep the dining room organized, neat, and clean. Specifically responsible to do assigned daily duty sheet and sign off each shift.
· To serve and clean up residents meals in an orderly, safe, and friendly manner.
· To keep linens cleaned and stocked.
· Coordinate with Banquet Supervisor on set up, service, and clean up of banquets.
· To restock dining rooms and reset tables.
· Wash dining room items such as coffeepots, urns, tables and chairs as needed.
· To coordinate with others in setting up dining rooms for special events if needed.
· When necessary or assigned, waitstaff shall deliver meals to residents’ rooms.
· Other duties as needed and assigned by Department Manager and Administrator.
· To relay Residents’ concerns about meals to the Department Managers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.75 - $16.00 per hour
