As a member of the award winning Grinnell College Dining Hall our Food Service Worker will be responsible for replenishing, maintaining, and cleaning food venues. Additionally, the Food Service Worker will have the opportunity to prepare student orders at various Marketplace venues. The Food Service Worker will be afforded the opportunity to gain exposure to a multitude of food preparations and develop professionally, by attaining certifications through continued education and on the job training.

Duties will include:
- Refilling beverage dispensers with milk or juices and/ or ice cream machine
- Assist within the dishroom
- Maintain Federal, State, and College Safety and Sanitation Standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or 4 years or experience is required
- Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, etc.

- Six months or more experience in commercial food services or an equivalent combination of education, training and expertise
