Food Runner Job at Birmingham Pub
- Must be able to balance and carry heavy trays of food
- Meets and exceeds all guest’s needs and requests
- Assist in entire team effort to ensure smooth operations
- Inform management of guests who are unhappy immediately
- Maintain composed, professional and calm attitude at all times
- Complete all side-work as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50lbs
- Maintains composure, remains calm and patient despite dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Is consistent with service approach
- Helps with bussing and conducts light cleaning
- Uses excellent customer service and displays friendliness (with guests and fellow employees) throughout the course of every shift
