Founded in 1927, Cabarrus Country Club was originally located where Carolinas Medical Center Northeast and Carolina Mall in Concord currently occupy, moving to its present location and beginning new traditions in 1966.

Now, Cabarrus Country Club is a member-owned private golf and recreation club featuring a beautiful, walkable 18-Hole Championship George Cobb designed course. Position Summary

An amazing opportunity exists for candidates with a successful track record of leadership and high-quality operations supervisor in private clubs or high-end establishments in the hospitality industry. We are hiring a Pool Food & Beverage Supervisor to enhance our culture, and member experiences. Pool Hours are Tuesday to Saturday 11:00am to 8:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm to 7:00pm. We are going to hire one or two team members to supervise food and beverage operations at the pool. Pool season will be from May 27th to September 4th.

Primary Responsibilities

The primary role is to work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Food & Beverage Manager in the planning and execution of day-to-day operations in our Pool Snack Bar and Pool Bar. This includes the use and further development of SOPs and leading by example for the support team.

Responsibilities include:

· Manages the day-to-day operations of the Pool Snack Bar & Pool Bar.

· Manages the day-to-day stocking of product at the Pool Snack Bar & Pool Bar.

· Works together with the pool management company to ensure everyone is working together on the pool deck.

· Ensures service standards and customer satisfaction through visibility on the Pool Deck.

· Works together with the Food & Beverage Director and Food & Beverage Manager regarding Pool service training.

· Manages administrative tasks such as scheduling and communicating with Food & Beverage Managers.

Experience & Qualifications

· Professional appearance with positive first impression skill set.

· Strong commitment to customer service.

· Ability to supervise a staff of 5 to 6 team members.

· Ability to lead and train in a team environment.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Experience with point-of-sale service.

· Must be able to climb stairs, lift to 40 pounds, frequently walk, stand, reach, bend and crouch.

· Must be organized in daily work and planning.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation for part-time team members will range from $16 to $18 an hour.

The expected hours of work will be between 30 and 40 hours.

We do work holidays.

We will provide team members with Polo Shirts for their scheduled shifts.
