FOIA Specialist Job at OnesourcePCS, LLC
OnesourcePCS, LLC is looking for a full time FOIA Specialist to support the NIGC Division of Technology (DoT) in Washington, DC.
Work Schedule
- Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays
Job Specific Duties
- Manage the flow of FOIA/PA correspondence and requests.
- Assist in the development of analyses and reports associated with the FOIA and PA processes.
- Develops forms and processes to help facilitate information from requesters.
- Handles and provide status updates to existing requesters.
- Ensure that processes are in place to process and complete cases promptly.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with FOIA policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in related/relevant discipline
Experience
- Must have a minimum 2 years’ experience processing and completing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) requests
Required Skills/Knowledge
- Must possess strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to closely adhere to relevant policy and standards
