This position will report to the Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager and is primarily responsible for preparing, reviewing and analyzing various financial information, including the quarterly and annual shareholder reports and other regulatory reporting requirements for the Bank, Associations, and combined AgFirst District.

Responsibilities :

• Preparation, review, and analysis of various financial information included in the quarterly and annual shareholder reports and other regulatory reports for the Bank, Associations, and combined District in compliance with US GAAP
• Preparation and review of monthly senior executive and Board financial packages and preparation of bond ratings agency, CFO Conference, and other presentations
• Review of the quarterly Call Report and monthly regulatory capital ratio calculations
• Preparation and maintenance of source documents to meet SOX and ICFR requirements
• Provide customer support to Bank and Associations
• Participate in the design and testing for various financial reporting advancement projects
• Support the monthly closing process

Requirements :

• Minimum of 4-year college degree with emphasis in Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting and Reporting
• Public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Hyperion and/or Workiva applications preferred
• CPA preferred
