Our work environment includes:

We're looking for a full-time Patient Coordinator to oversee the creation, maintenance and delivery of the patient care program. A successful candidate will be familiar with the various aspects of coordinating a patient care plan, from professional training to administrative services, and will be able to work with a team on a daily basis. The Patient Coordinator is also responsible for facilitating interactions between patients, doctors and other staff members; therefore we are seeking candidates who are comfortable working in a team and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients and staff.
- Deal with emergency situations and crises.
- Handle incoming calls.
- Be able to handle crtical issues.
- Train and supervise other employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
