This position supports an independent, tenured financial advisor, a registered representative of Lincoln Financial Advisors..

The Job Responsibilities –
- Process client applications with precision and follow through on any needed details including calls back to clients for missing information
- Prepare for advisor’s meetings with clients by setting/confirming appointments, prepare summary of accounts, and gather needed reports and materials
- Interface with home office on business in motion, responding promptly when needed
- Enter updates and notes into client CRM database- Redtail
- Support marketing projects on an as-needed basis I.e Linked In
- Prior office work in Finance is a plus.
- Must pass a background check
