Sheppard Mullin, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join the Finance team in
Dallas. This role will have direct client contact and will have many opportunities for business development, training and participation. The group's clients consist of financial institutions, private debt finds, mezzanine funds, and private equity funds.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
Executing finance transactions and credit agreements- Lender-side and/or borrower-side leveraged finance experience is a plus
