Job Summary

The Field Claim Representative will handle homeowner and commercial property claims. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling property claims in a competitive marketplace with exposure to other lines of claims a plus. Prior construction related experience helpful.

The Field Claim Representative will service our customers in the Allentown, Pennsylvania region - company car and laptop are provided.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle claims as assigned
• Determine and organize work schedule in order that all work can be completed timely
• Maintain good relationships with agents, policyholders, and all company personnel

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree with a background in insurance or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling personal and commercial property claims
• Experience using Estimating Software – Symbility preferred
