Facilities Manager

Maintaining Wigle and Threadbare Facilities are vital to company success and customer experience. This person keeps all current and future Wigle and Threadbare sites (including Distillery, Ross Park Mall, Threadbare Cider House) in top condition through routine weekly maintenance checks, routine vendor services, and seasonal needs.

This person reports to the Directors of Operations and works directly with site managers to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations. The key focus is on building and equipment maintenance from general wear and tear and monthly recurring needs. A secondary focus is assistance in site inventory replenishment, off-site event load-ins/outs, and wholesale deliveries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Building Facilities

• Perform weekly routine site check-ins of all Wigle and Threadbare sites including, but not limited to pest control, furniture removal/fixes, light bulb changes, paint touch-ups, equipment adjustments and maintenance, parking lot grounds keeping
• Monitor facilities report sheet for requested needs on a daily basis and assign a Google calendar time of repair with site manage
• Perform basic cleaning tasks including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, trash/recycling removal, and outdoor pathways
• Schedule regular vendor service of building equipment including but not limited to HVAC, fire extinguishers, kitchen hood cleaning, pest control, weed removal, car/truck inspection

Inventory & Production Assistance

• Assist Warehouse Inventory & Facilities Manager with large product deliveries and off-site load-ins/outs
• Coordinate box truck needs with Wigle and Threadbare production teams as needed

Administrative

• Track all expenses in designated expense sheet
• Complete End-of-Day reports
• Weekly Facilities Meetings

REQUIREMENTS

• Forklift certified
• Able to accurately use basic math skills
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 20 lbs on regular basis
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• PA Drivers License required
• Flexible schedule
