Responsible for all day-to-day catering services. The Catering Manager will act as a liaison between the Lake Wildwood Community Members and the Oaks Clubhouse for all aspects of member and member sponsored events. The Catering Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Association approved public/charity events. The Catering Manager will be responsible for creating a marketing plan for both member and public event sales. The Catering Manager will successfully develop contracts (BEO’s) and oversee all administrative and operational aspects of preparing, selling, and managing event logistics. This includes being present at the events from start to finish.
The F&B responsibilities will be to assist F&B management when needed to be a manager present and working during operation hours.
