As Export Sales Correspondent, you will be integral in supporting day-to-day shipping operations for Robert Bosch Power Tools. Ensuring compliance to export requirements and communicating regularly with international customers to ensure the needs are understood and met.

Daily tasks will include:

• Processing export documentation for all shipments using the SAP GTS within assigned area, including preparation of detailed Packing List for each shipment, letters of instruction and certificates or forms as required by the terms of sale and destination.
• Receiving, editing and entering orders for assigned accounts including correspondence with customers and international sales representatives concerning order status, products, and other related information.
• Coordination of shipping arrangements with freight forwarding companies, ocean and air carriers. Includes requesting prior quotations for freight services as necessary. Expedite to insure prompt pickup and deliveries.
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of current rules and procedures for international shipping, documentation, banking and other relevant information for assigned accounts.
• Maintaining files of all shipments, including export clearance papers, in a manner which will allow easy retrieval for follow up or audit.
• Supporting the Import and Export Team with continuous improvement of daily work and processes

• Bachelors Degree required
• Substantial experience in customer service, preferably in export for a manufacturer.
• Excellent English language skills required. Usable knowledge of Spanish helpful.
• Experience with SAP required
• Strong Excel & Analytical skills
