We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will work closely with the leadership of Pall Industrial to advance strategic priorities that will position the organization for long-term growth. The successful candidate will partner with the Leadership team to drive productivity gains and ensure alignment to strategic priorities by performing tasks which include but are not limited to coordinating & archiving administrative approvals, coordinating schedules, managing events & emails, managing executive travel itineraries, and editing presentations.

Essential Job Functions:
Provide thought partnership and general support to the Pall Industrial Leadership Team
Ensure productivity of executive leadership’s time by creating calendar priorities, email responses, ensuring that clear expectations for schedules and events have been communicated as well as understood
Ensuring that efficient & cost-effective travel plans are secured, including ground transportation and hotel arrangements in global locations
As appropriate, facilitate discussions and decisions to be made at global staff and other key meetings
Drive faster decision-making and feedback by creating, communicating, and executing efficient approval processes and workflows
As applicable, support initiatives to improve associate engagement, internal communications, and influence other department and company-wide focus areas
Plan and execute team building, training, and other events that will reinforce a diverse, inclusive culture and build the skill set of associates across Pall Industrial and Danaher
Partner with executive support staff across Business Units to drive continuous process improvement, collaboration and backup support as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of proven administrative support experience supporting leaders with $200M of annual revenue or equivalent
Bachelor of Arts Degree or equivalent experience
Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail in formatting, writing, and proofreading
Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. MS Teams- preferred; with knowledge of ERP-SAP and Lotus
Proficiency in time and project management; able to handle multiple priorities with speed and accuracy
Capability to work extended hours on a periodic basis, including the potential for occasional overnight travel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; successful candidate will interface with Board members, senior management, and senior members of management at third parties; will be expected to prepare written communications on behalf of executive
Demonstrated ability and experience with managing confidential information at executive level
Ability to prioritize and work with, and for, diverse customers with varying leadership styles
