JOB BRIEF
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the office and the CEO. This is an in-person role, with the expectation to come into the office 5 days per week, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
This person will be responsible for: Overseeing the reception desk, providing office and bookkeeping support, and being the main point of contact for our residential renters.

The ideal candidate is super supportive, highly organized, good at juggling multiple tasks, and can perform their job with minimal supervision.
Compensation:$18 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:Bookkeeping & Accounting Support:
- Use QuickBooks Desktop to enter data and run reports
- Assist bookkeeper with QuickBooks tasks
- Help with filing and organization of financial records
Office and CEO Support:
- Welcome guests who come into the office
- Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings
- Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile data, and report to CEO
- Perform additional duties from company personnel such as picking up orders, handling mail, etc.
- Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
- Provide Meeting Support and Take Notes
- Maintaining Inventory and Ordering Office Supplies
- Filing & Record Keeping
- Assist Farm Manager and CEO with Pertinent Paperwork
- Provide Meeting Support
- Manage the CEO and Company Calendars
- Oversee OSHA compliance, and organize safety meetings & documents
Rental Management:
- Communicate With Contractors to Schedule Maintenance
- Accept and Record Renter Payments
- Keep Record and Notes of Property Details

Qualifications:- 2+ years of QuickBooks Experience
- 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or administrative assistant role, or similar
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
- Preferred degree in business administration or business management
- Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines
- This position will require travel between Fresno and Hanford at times
- Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- Experience using G-Suite Products (Google Calendar, Google Drive, Hangouts, etc.) and Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)
- Valid driver's license
- Clean DMV record
