Executive/Admin Assistant (Remote), Part time Job at KMC, LLC.

KMC, LLC. Remote

CEO/Business owner with C-suite clients seeks super-organized, smart, assertive and experienced executive/admin assistant. Work remotely from your home, 20-25 hrs./wk. East Coast time zone required.

You are energetic, dedicated, and work well independently. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading and editing. You create beautiful ppt presentations and proposals.

Duties include:

  • Managing a complex calendar
  • Confidential communication and projects , including drafting correspondence and taking dictation
  • Creating compelling and pristine presentations/proposals
  • Organizing off-site meetings; preparing materials, managing attendance, reviewing venue contracts
  • Arranging travel and itinerary
  • Research projects; from deep dives to finding a great restaurant
  • Managing executive's personal tasks

Skills Required:

  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Pristine interpersonal skills with high degree of tact and confidentiality
  • Energetic and focused ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, PPT, Adobe, G-suite
  • 3-5 years, Executive assistant experience (remote experience preferred)
  • Associates or College degree
  • Must be happy

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
