Event Lead Position:
Event leads serve as the primary contact for the client, event wait staff and kitchen staff during the event, communicating all pertinent information to each party, ensuring a successful and timely event is executed.- Represent the Common Man “wow” attitude, by always placing the guests needs and requests at a high priority
- Adhere to the BEO details, while maintaining flexibility
- Delegate tasks to waitstaff, bussers, bar backs and bartenders
- Create monthly schedule to cater to volume of business and event needs
- Post ads, interview and hire as needed
- Trouble shoot any problems with a level head and cool demeanor
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to a time line
- High attention to detail
- Responsible for ringing in the event and reconciling cash and hosted bar sales on MICROS POS.
- Recap the event, communicating the details of the event, to the event/sales manager.
- Requires a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum age: 21 years of age. Minimum of two years event management experience. Must have reliable transportation.
