SSM LLC is looking for a Full-Time Estimator / Inside Sales Representive.

The position will be part of a team responsible for the continued growth and success of SSM LLC, through Inside Sales the qualified individual will have the proven ability to set and achieve long range goals and to succeed within a cooperative group environment. In servicing the Oil & Gas, Industrial & Commercial Construction markets you will develop mutually beneficial internal and external customer relationships through new and existing business contacts. You are the pinnacle of influencing the customer experience. You will be responsible for providing customers with exemplary service by surpassing their needs and expectations, in addition to acting as an Ambassador on behalf of our company and promoting the vision and ideals that we possess. This is conveyed through creating a distinctive experience encased in sincerity, respect, and open communication

The position’s primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Answering incoming calls/online messages from prospects and current customers
• Placing new orders for customers
• Resolving customer complaints or concerns as the first line of contact
• Providing customers with support and order status information.
• Supporting sales in the selling process (Quotes, Follow up, Bid Packages).
• Connecting the customer with the appropriate service or support.
• Maintaining customer files.
• Work with other team members to develop the information necessary to satisfy our customers.
