Enrollment Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for contacting all new referrals assigned to their case load in a timely manner
  • Giving new referrals a detailed description of the enrollment process
  • Assisting all new referrals in beginning the application process with MAXIMUS (The
  • Pennsylvania Independent Enrollment Broker)
  • Continuing over the 3-8 months assisting all new referrals in obtaining updates on their
  • application process by contacting MAXMUS and checking status of their applications
  • Making sure all new referrals are entered into HHA correctly and all notations are input on a
  • daily basis
  • Being the liaison between County Assistance office and AAA when needed to check status
  • and ensure all information is received
  • Ensuring documents are received by new referrals Primary doctor’s office and filled out
  • correctly
  • Mailing correspondence letters as needed, to consumers, doctors’ offices, and any other
  • provider(s) in regards to collecting/receiving any and all pertinent documents and information
  • Communicating Application document deadlines to new referrals when assisting them in
  • opening application for Home and Community Based Waiver Services
  • Ensuring all files electronically and hard copies are kept up to date
  • Reporting any issues with consumers to Enrollment Supervisor in a timely manner if needed

Job Qualifications:

  • 2 yrs. minimum working in and office required
  • 2 yrs. minimum customer service experience required
  • 1-2 yrs. minimum Home Care Agency experience
  • Strong written verbal and communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Ability to operate multi-line phone system
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft office (word, excel, etc.)
  • Ability to type 35-45 wpm
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent filing skills of hard copy and electronic file system
  • No less than 1 yr. of working with HHA system
  • Ability to work independently as needed
  • Team player
  • Positive attitude
  • Must be people person due to dealing with the public on a daily basis
  • Must be able to follow direction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
