About this Opportunity
As an Engineering Change Administrator, you'll be responsible for facilitating the ECO process. You will ensure engineering change activities flow seamlessly and quickly through all facets of the EtQ/Lotus Notes facilitated process. You'll also ensure the engineering ECO program infrastructure supports the operational environment and corporate requirements for reliability

As an Engineering Change Administrator, you'll be responsible for facilitating the ECO process. You will ensure engineering change activities flow seamlessly and quickly through all facets of the EtQ/Lotus Notes facilitated process. You'll also ensure the engineering ECO program infrastructure supports the operational environment and corporate requirements for reliability
What You'll Do

- Compile and distribute reports on engineering change activity as required.
- Determine the appropriate functions and individuals to be involved with specific engineering changes.
- Facilitate cross-functional and cross-platform ECO activities with other change administrators.
- Maintain database and workflow profiles in the EtQ/ECO database.
- Manage the distribution of drawings with the specific ECO.
- Monitor the ECO process and hold process owners accountable for completion due dates.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested.
- Take responsibility for providing and documenting new users and upgrading training for the ECO process.
- Review engineering change requests for submission into the ECO process.

- Experience with engineering, quality, and manufacturing processing.
- An understanding of engineering and manufacturing information technology such as engineering bills of material, item masters, manufacturing bills of material, factory planners, order management systems, and the way in which these systems are interconnected.
- Experience with EtQ and Lotus Notes.
- Developed problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- The ability to maintain excellent working relationships in a detailed environment.
