We are seeking Energy Advisors for our solar company. You will generate and receive new leads for the largest and fastest-growing, local alternative energy company. The flexibility and compensation model of this position is similar to a realtor. It can fit into a part-time schedule or a full time schedule.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Virtual and in-person consulting with potential prospects to evaluate their energy needs and demonstrate how solar can benefit them
- Working with the Sales Director who is there to train and support you and a team of friendly consultants
- Networking and generating leads by being active in the community in addition to following through on company generated leads
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
- Participating in marketing events
Salary: Varies based on experience and performance. $55,000 to $100,000 annually. 100% commission based and full training provided.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishments in any field
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and user platforms
- Some availability on weekends and evenings

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Leonardtown, MD 20650: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
