Sugar Land Veterinary Specialists is looking for an experienced Leader in Veterinary Medicine with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals in a high-speed Emergency Hospital.
As the Emergency/ICU/Critical Care Practice Manager, you will lead the Emergency/ICU and Critical Care teams. These 24 hour departments are growing and in need of an experienced Leader with vision and ability to think long term. As a manager leading multiple 24hr sections you will be responsible for your own schedule. This is not a 9-5 job; you will have the flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed to lead and train your team.
The ideal candidate will be excellent at training and mentoring. They will have advanced veterinary skills in Emergency Care. We have a dynamic work environment, exciting medical cases, and great career development opportunities.
