Elementary School Teacher Job at Eden Prairie Schools
- Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in the use of data and decision- making protocols and the selection of instructional matches to increase student achievement.
- Demonstrated ability to function as a positive collaborative member of a team.
- Demonstrated interest and engagement in professional learning and reflection.
- Classroom teacher preferred, but position could possibly be offered to student support service providers.
- Monthly site leadership team meetings
- Monthly leadership development sessions at either the site level or with the district wide team (2 hours after/before school; paid the training rate)
- Monthly classroom visits sessions/learning walks
- Quarterly math/reading progress check to review data with principal & associate principal
- Summer learning: 12 total hours, paid at the training rate.
- Summer Retreat sessions: Dates and times TBD.
