Manages all administrative requirements, to include budget, travel, training, professional development, event planning and staffing.
Counsels staff on professional pedagogical guidance on teaching style , course preparation and presentation, and integration of available technology to improve learning outcomes.
Identifies and implements ways to eliminate or reduce significant bottlenecks and barriers to program and project management, to promote team building and to improve business practices.
Liaises with FSI's Office of the Director to collaborate on FSI-wide policies, standards, and templates to ensure sustainable operations in line with best practices.

Specialized Experience

This experience is related to the work of the position and equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service.
Qualifying experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience managing executive-level leadership and management programs.
Experience in using educational technology as an integral methodology for training and instruction.
Experience counseling and supervising staff.
There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-14 position.
