Position Summary
The Editorial Assistant position is funding by an external grant, paid by the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs, for which the Journal of Therapeutic Schools and Programs (JTSP) is the flagship scholarly journal. The journal is published annually, with print copies exceeding 3000 and innumerable downloads available worldwide and online.
Editorial Assistants work independently to edit research papers for grammar, APA formatting, and coherence of argument.

Required Qualifications
Graduate counseling student with training in APA style, scholarly writing, and behavioral healthcare.
The editorial assistant job is technical and complex, requiring high levels of judgement and independence/autonomy.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with professional editing.
Advanced training in statistical analyses and research design.
