• Support Printify as our eCommerce platform to facilitate web orders of Virgin Orbit product
• Handle shipping and fulfillment for the 2 SKUs x quantity five each that Virgin Orbit will provide directly (toybox models and L1 flag displays)
• Monitors the customer service email inbox
  • Based on incoming email traffic to that inbox, route legitimate return or exchange requests to Printify.
  • Directly handle any exchange or return-for-credit requests for the toybox models and L1 flag displays
• Serve as the main point of contact for Printify and Shopify if those companies (not customers) have inquiries
• Perform maintenance upkeep tasks such as ensuring active and current Virgin Orbit corporate credit card numbers in the Shopify / Printify systems
• Additional duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary

• Experience in similar roles is a plus
• Online retail/e-commerce experience is a plus
• Exceptional typing, writing and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Tech savvy and highly proficient with the MS Office Suite of products
• Excellent skills in time management and organization
• Ability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
• Ability to add something unique and positive to our team
• Generally high level of all-around awesomeness
• Must be able to provide proof of US-approved Covid-19 full vaccination status, unless otherwise exempted by an approved reasonable medical or religious accommodation from Virgin Orbit

ITAR Requirements

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15) or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
