ARCO/Murray National Construction is currently seeking a highly motivated Early Talent Manager to join our team in either our West Loop or west suburban office! The ideal Early Talent Manager will have 3-5 years of technical and/or college recruiting experience, an unquestionable work ethic, and a passion for recruiting individuals that were born to bleed ARCO blue!

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition to develop new recruitment strategies to hire quality candidates for internship and entry-level positions
  • Manage the internship program (12 weeks) to include recruiting candidates, planning, execution, and evaluating events and fairs
  • Create and implement strategies and processes to promote the organization with a strong focus on building a high-quality talent pipeline
  • Support ARCO's ongoing DE&I recruiting efforts at the campus level
  • Build database of leads and maintain relationships with potential candidates
  • Lead strategy and execution for ARCO/Murray's campus ambassador program at 20+ schools
  • Screen potential candidates by reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews, checking background/references, testing, and other approved measures
  • Maintain consistent positive flow of communication between candidates and leadership
  • Guide candidates through interview process
  • Manage applicant tracking system, including reporting on various recruiting metrics
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience sourcing and recruiting university talent through campus recruiting, cold calling, networking, and boolean searches
  • Prior experience organizing, managing, and strategizing a nationwide early talent/campus program of 75+ students
  • Prior experience using Handshake, iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Must be extremely organized and self-motivated
  • Possess a strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
