The E-Commerce Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our children's apparel through various digital channels. The primary focus will be to attract and retain customers, provide exceptional customer service, and optimize the online shopping experience. The E-Commerce Sales Associate will utilize their sales and customer service skills, along with their e-commerce and technical competencies, to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our online business.

Requirements:

  • Utilize various digital channels to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Identify potential customers and develop strategies to attract and retain them
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors' offerings
  • Actively promote products through online platforms, social media, and other relevant channels
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and special offers
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing customer concerns
  • Offer product recommendations, size guides, and styling advice to customers
  • Create visually appealing product listings, descriptions, and images to optimize sales conversion rates
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including pricing, sizes, colors, and stock availability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure alignment and achieve common goals

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers

  • Understanding of size charts, fitting guidelines, and the ability to assist customers in choosing the right sizes for their children
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market trends
  • Willingness to contribute ideas, share knowledge, and support team members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
