Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime

Role Summary:
The e-Commerce Associate "Picker" is responsible for the accurate selection of products to fill customer orders, visual inspection of product and packaging as picking, and accurate location selection of products in our Direct to Consumer area. Must be able to meet company standards or safety, security, sanitation and productivity.
Responsibility:
- Select diaper/toiletry in proper locations
- Communicate with Replenishers to replenish inventory to required locations
- Be able to twist, bend, turn for 8+ hours
- Be able to work 8 hours with the possibility of overtime
- Be able to identify product names, to communicate with replenishers and other pickers
- Must be able to keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
- Conducts operations in a manner promoting safety
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Works well as a member of a team
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability and availability to work regular work hours 6:30am - 5pm and extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
