Job Duties include supporting people with disabilities with:

• Cooking, cleaning, and household chores
• Financial and behavior management
• Medical appointments, health and medication management
• Transportation, going shopping or to activities

Starting wage is $15.50/hr for a Aide II position with the following requirements:

• Ability to pass a state background check
• 18 years old or older

Starting wage is $16/hr for a DSP position with the following requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check including driving record
• 18 years old or older
• Valid driver's license

Starting wage is $19/hr for a DSP III Float position with the following requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check including driving record
• 18 years old or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in healthcare, group home environment preferred.
• Willingness to work multiple locations: Milaca, Princeton, and Foley
• Minimum commitment to working 2 days/week, and 2 weekend shifts per biweekly pay period (weekends are typically 10-14 hr/shifts).
• This position does not include the benefit package.

The Services for Persons With Special Needs (SPSN) division is dedicated to promoting self-sufficiency, independence and active community engagement for individuals with developmental disabilities of any age. Support services may be provided in the consumer's home, in their local community, or in a residential setting.
