Are you a quick learner, organized, and highly motivated? Do you have experience processing records requests? We have an opportunity for a professional with a keen eye for details. Bring your technical experience and join our team of Public Records Specialists.

In this role, you will coordinate responses to public records requests, discovery requests, subpoenas, and court orders affecting the Economic Services Administration (ESA). You'll serve as an expert in identifying and protecting confidential information. Join us today and help us on our mission to Transform Lives!
Some of what you'll do:

  • Document requests in the Agency Records Request Tracking System (AARTS) and assign tasks
  • Review requests to determine scope and list potential stakeholders
  • Send written response to requests and provide estimation of time when the records will be provided
  • Search and collect records
  • Redact or withhold records when needed
  • Correspond with requesters
  • Disclose records
  • Research, analyze and interpret different state and federal regulations based on program or benefit in question

We are looking for professionals who demonstrate:
  • Experience meeting deadlines with consistency and attention to detail
  • The ability to work well in both a team atmosphere and independently
  • Experience using large databases to retrieve information
  • Proficiency in the use of computer redaction software
  • Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Who Should Apply?
Professionals with a bachelor's degree and two years of experience in forms and/or records management
OR
High school graduation or equivalent and four years of experience in forms and/or records management
