Falcon Farms is looking for Merchandiser Drivers to help deliver, care for, merchandise, and sell fresh-cut floral bouquets at multiple retail locations in the Greater Boston, MA and surrounding areas. Floral experience is a plus but not required. We will teach you about our flowers!

This position has multiple routes within the Greater Boston and surrounding areas to deliver product to our customer and merchandise the flowers at the assigned locations.

What This Position Offers:

• A schedule of Monday through Saturday (specific schedule varies within these days) approximately 40 hours per week.
• A base pay of $19.00/hour.

• A company vehicle to drive while working and delivering our floral bouquets.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Will cover multiple locations as assigned in a company-provided vehicle.
• Work independently to maintain display merchandising standards according to Falcon' Farm's "Picture of Success" in assigned locations.
• Provide sales and excellent customer service support to floral customers.
• Replenish floral display as required to ensure product availability.
• Maintain quality requirements through "grooming" and rotating of product during store visits.
• Complete inventory and credits each visit.
• Document every visit with notes and pictures using the Exceedra app. - Do you use Exceedra yet?
• Text a photo of the final display, upon completion to the supervisor. - Do you send a picture of each completed display to the supervisor?
• Know the nuances of each assigned store, such as peak sales hours, top-selling products and potential store needs.
• Develop a positive working relationship with each store.
• Work in a safe manner, utilizing proper safety techniques when using the company's equipment.

What We Need From You:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Valid Driver's License issued within the United States
• Ability to complete and past drug testing upon hire and as required thereafter
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report

• The ability to learn about, care for and love our flowers
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• The ability to work independently or with a team
• Good time management skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to maintain the provided schedule
• A smart phone
• Availability to work during our holiday season (November through mid-May)
• 18 years of age or older

• Physically able to push/pull/lift up to 40 lbs. on an ongoing basis
• Ability to unload products and bring them into the store for merchandising
• Comfortable bending, stooping and lifting products above your shoulders
• Ability to stand and walk on an ongoing basis throughout the shift
• Ability to drive for long periods of time (8+ hours)
